The Seasons are Changing & So is Our Bread Schedule

Spring always brings a little shift in rhythm around here. The days get longer, the air starts to soften, and our kitchen begins leaning into the flavors and traditions that come with the season. With those changes, we have a few updates to share about our bread schedule—plus a special Easter bake we’re very excited about.

Easter Bread Pre-Orders Are Live
Easter weekend calls for something a little extra special, and our baker has been busy planning a lineup that feels just right for the holiday table.
Pre-orders are now open for two seasonal favorites, available for Saturday, April 4th pickup:
Orange + Cardamom Morning Buns – soft, fragrant, and just sweet enough. Bright citrus and warm cardamom make these perfect with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Fried Leek + Potato Rolls – savory, fluffy rolls layered with the mellow sweetness of leeks and the comforting richness of potato.
Whether you're hosting brunch, bringing something to share, or just treating yourself to a slow Easter morning, these are made to be enjoyed fresh from the bakery.
In addition to pre-orders, a limited number of loaves will also be available that Saturday on a first-come, first-served basis at The Barn in Sisters.

A New Weekly Bread Schedule
As we move into spring, we’re adjusting our regular bread production schedule.
Our Boone Dog wood-fired loaves will now be available Thursdays and Fridays only moving forward. Baking bread in the wood-fired oven is a labor of love, and this schedule allows us to focus on making each batch the best it can be.
(The only exception will be Easter weekend, when we’ll have our special Saturday bake.)
A Quick Pause at the End of March
Due to circumstances outside our control, there will be no bread available the week of March 26th and 27th. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to get the oven fired back up the following week.

Thanks for Being Part of It
Bread has always been one of the ways we connect with this community - through shared tables, weekend traditions, and the simple joy of something warm from the oven. Thank you for supporting our little corner of Sisters and for continuing to show up for the things we make by hand.
We hope to see you soon... and we highly recommend snagging those Easter morning buns & rolls.

Easter pre-orders are live now.
