Boone Dog - Wood Fired Pizza
What makes the best pizza? Sourcing the best ingredients.
At Boone Dog Wood Fired Pizza, the number one goal is to excite people about fresh, organic, healthy sourced ingredients. We source locally grown, organic, quality ingredients wherever we can - and if it's not local, you can still be assured, its because of the quality. From Organic flours to in-house ground and seasoned sausage to creamery cheeses that open your mind... All cooked in a wood fired oven to gain a little char on the crust and pop out all of the flavors - these pizzas are made to eat on site, hot out of the oven.
Our menu is constantly changing. We are always rotating through seasonal veggies and ingredients that we find fresh and in peak flavor. And, to be fair, what is pizza if you're not getting a little creative on a regular basis. We do have our standard pizza pies on the regular list that are hands down our top go-to orders, but you won't be disappointed when you branch out with something locally harvested right here in the high desert.
