AN INTRODUCTION TO Sheila

Renowned for her captivating large-scale oil paintings, Sheila Dunn is a celebrated artist based in Bend, Oregon. A 2006 BFA graduate in painting with a minor in art history from Colorado State University, Sheila has been passionately painting ever since.

In 2019, the US State Department honored Sheila as a featured artist in the Art in the Embassies program, allowing her the opportunity to engage with the vibrant art community in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Beyond her artistic achievements, Sheila is dedicated to activism, channeling her art to support various conservation and social justice causes. Her contributions benefit organizations such as the Conservation Alliance, Wild Salmon Center, and the ACLU.

When she's not in her studio, Sheila enjoys exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest—often while searching for her elusive car keys.
