Division Beton: House Red

From: Willamette Valley.
The ultimate bistro wine that's perfect for all occasions. Medium body wine that is earthy, fresh/bright, & fruit forward
Garciarevalo Tres Olmos Verdejo: House White
Grapes: 100% Verdejo
From: Rueda, Spain
This Verdejo is sourced from 130 year old vines where the sandy soils allow for excellent drainage crafting natural Verdejo with an abundance of high acidity. In perhaps Spain's most crowded white wine region, Tres Olmos set itself apart utilizing only the natural yeast from its historic vineyard. Beautiful on the nose with white florals, jasmine, lime, & mineral aromas. Dry, creamy, & elegant on the palate from lees aging with fine herb, ripe apple, pear, citrus & briny mineral flavours finishing long & juicy.

Domaine des Pothiers Granit Rose
Grapes: 100% Gamay
From: Loire Valley, France
This lighter Provence style rose is the perfect pair to these sunny days. This wine is made with a careful selection of grapes from 30-70 year old vines. Aromas of fresh red berries & white flowers. The mouth is round & refreshing with a crisp finish of balanced acidity
Mary Taylor Jean Marc Barthez Bordeaux Blanc
Grapes: 95% Sauvignon Blanc & 5% Semillon
From: Bordeaux, France
At only 11.5%, this wine offers up a light to mid-weight, unoaked version with nicely defined sauvignon aromas of gooseberry, guava, lime, quinine & tarragon. It is very well balanced, lively & crisp with very good flavor, intensity, & a acidic green finish.

Grapes: Roussanne, Riesling, Chenin, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, & Viognier
From: Willamette Valley, Oregon
L’Orange is a complex wine, but one of the easiest to enjoy. Division's goal was to capture unique colors, textures, & aromatics deliciously. Layers of multiple white grape varieties & macerations harmoniously land on a truly special wine for the category to enjoy this summer and all year long! With notes of peach and thyme, we can't help but notice a touch of eucalyptus in the wine.

Grapes: 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Arneis
From: Barbaresco, Italy
Brilliant translucent ruby with a bouquet boasting crunchy red cherry, peach skin, and dried roses. This light-bodied red is at once electric and refreshing. Serve with a slight chill.
About the winemaker: A stone’s throw from the village center of Barbaresco, the winery was established by Giovanni Giordano in the 1930s during a time of profound crisis in the Italian wine world. After a period of growing and selling grapes, Giovanni’s son, Luigi, made the bold decision to vinify his own fruit, bottling the first wine under his own label in 1958. For an independent grower like Luigi to bottle his own wine at a time when plans to establish an official appellation in Barbaresco were only in their infancy was nearly unthinkable. Today’s winery remains a spirited family effort, driven by the shared vision of Luigi himself, his daughter Laura, and his grandson Matteo. Together, they produce timeless wines from vineyards planted in some of Barbaresco’s most prestigious crus, including Asili and Montestefano. Another Barbaresco bottling from the cru of Cavanna showcases the winery’s elegant, hands-off style of winemaking and represents the only single-vineyard bottling of its kind.
Grapes: 100% Favorita (similar to Vermentino)
From: Piedmonte, Italy
4th generation sister winemakers, Monica and Daniela Tibaldi, have taken over the family vineyard & have provided amazing wines since. The Favorita, which is very similar to Vermentino, is fresh & bright yet rich with notes of ripe white peach and citrus. A grippy & powerful minerality keeps it all together making a long, balanced finish.

Grapes: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Frühroter Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller, Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau
From: Kamptal, Austria
This juicy, aromatic, biodynamic wine is a blend of almost all of Josef's vineyard sites in small pieces, meant to be an easygoing snapshot of all the different varieties & terrain across Nibiru's 12 hectares. 'Oida!' is an Austrian slang term that means 'hey!': Josef wants this to be a playful representation of northern Austria's traditional Gemischter Satz. This beauty also comes into a liter bottle, so it’s the perfect bottle to share with friends all summer long!
