Natural Wines and Bubbles
We offer a unique selection of domestic and imported wines that focus on sustainable practices, minimal intervention in the natural process that are seldom seen at a food truck pod.
Division Beton: House Red
Grapes: Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir.
From: Willamette Valley.
The ultimate bistro wine that's perfect for all occasions. Medium body wine that is earthy, fresh/bright, & fruit forward
Garciarevalo Tres Olmos Verdejo: House White
Grapes: 100% Verdejo
From: Rueda, Spain
This Verdejo is sourced from 130 year old vines where the sandy soils allow for excellent drainage crafting natural Verdejo with an abundance of high acidity. In perhaps Spain's most crowded white wine region, Tres Olmos set itself apart utilizing only the natural yeast from its historic vineyard. Beautiful on the nose with white florals, jasmine, lime, & mineral aromas. Dry, creamy, & elegant on the palate from lees aging with fine herb, ripe apple, pear, citrus & briny mineral flavours finishing long & juicy.
Division Un Chardonnay: NEW HOUSE WHITE
Grapes: Chardonnay
From: Willamette Valley, Oregon
The aromatics quickly draw you in and are bathed in a deeply intoxicating melange of floral chamomile, quince, and flint. The textural balance is spot on this vintage, a trait we believe defines our wines. Our Chardonnay “Un” is a cuvée of exceptional organic and biodynamic Chardonnay sites in the Willamette Valley. A mix of younger vines and long-term “estate-like” vines gives a truly cross-AVA look into Willamette Valley Chardonnay.
Bricco Lorella Nebbiolo Rosato
Grapes: Nebbiolo
From: Piemonte, Italy
So pretty, floral and pleasantly sweet, the 2020 Vino Rosato Bricco Lorella makes itself known with a bouquet of peach skins and pear complemented by hints of wet stone and flowery undergrowth. This soothes with a display of ripe fruits offset by hints of candied citrus, all carried across a wave of juicy acidity. Nothing seems out of place as the Bricco Lorella tapers off wonderfully refreshing but also reverberating with residual acids.
Grapes: 34% Early Muscat, 34% Pinot gris, 18% Riesling, and 14% Pinot blanc
From: Willamette Valley, Oregon
This is a delicious wine made of 34% Early Muscat, 34% Pinot gris, 18% Riesling, and 14% Pinot blanc. This year, Kelley Fox decided to whole cluster press all of the fruit at picking except for a couple of fermenters of skin-contact Pinot gris (one pigeage per day, pressed at dryness). Because of the timing of picks this year, each component was fermented separately, and the final wine was blended after all wines were finished. It was allowed to complete malolactic fermentation. Élevage was in stainless tanks until bottling. This Nerthus is brilliant, transparent pale peach in colour with hints of pale pink. It’s visually very pleasing and the nose and mouth are even more so. The nose is full of fresh peach and honeysuckle notes along with powdery minerality. Though bone dry, there is mouth-watering peach character that is carried nicely by the refreshing acidity and lovely texture. This alpine-fresh wine is a real joybringer.
Grapes: 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Arneis
From: Barbaresco, Italy
Brilliant translucent ruby with a bouquet boasting crunchy red cherry, peach skin, and dried roses. This light-bodied red is at once electric and refreshing. Serve with a slight chill.
About the winemaker: A stone’s throw from the village center of Barbaresco, the winery was established by Giovanni Giordano in the 1930s during a time of profound crisis in the Italian wine world. After a period of growing and selling grapes, Giovanni’s son, Luigi, made the bold decision to vinify his own fruit, bottling the first wine under his own label in 1958. For an independent grower like Luigi to bottle his own wine at a time when plans to establish an official appellation in Barbaresco were only in their infancy was nearly unthinkable. Today’s winery remains a spirited family effort, driven by the shared vision of Luigi himself, his daughter Laura, and his grandson Matteo. Together, they produce timeless wines from vineyards planted in some of Barbaresco’s most prestigious crus, including Asili and Montestefano. Another Barbaresco bottling from the cru of Cavanna showcases the winery’s elegant, hands-off style of winemaking and represents the only single-vineyard bottling of its kind.
Grapes: 100% Favorita (similar to Vermentino)
From: Piedmonte, Italy
4th generation sister winemakers, Monica and Daniela Tibaldi, have taken over the family vineyard & have provided amazing wines since. The Favorita, which is very similar to Vermentino, is fresh & bright yet rich with notes of ripe white peach and citrus. A grippy & powerful minerality keeps it all together making a long, balanced finish.
Francois Cazin - Le Petit Chambord Cheverny Blanc 2020
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay
From: Cheverny, Loire Valley, France
Francois Cazin’s Cheverny is fresh & floral, with appley-texture & crisp acidity. The flavors are sleek & precise. Since 1997, the wine has been bottled unfiltered by gravity. His wines have consistently been the top pick of the vintage at the annual Loire Valley wine show in Angers.
